⚡I’m Dan Greenwald.

I build systems for humans, not machines. My work is rooted in the belief that while technology scales, human alignment is what determines the outcome. Whether I’m guiding a leadership team through a high-stakes pivot or leading a group through the woods as a NYS Licensed Hiking Guide, the objective is the same: Clarity of target and rhythm of action.

My career has been an intentional study of how people learn and how systems grow. With a background in Interdisciplinary Curriculum Design from Columbia University, I treat organizational friction as a learning gap.

I’ve closed $6.8M+ in EdTech business, facilitated $200M+ in real estate flow, and coached founders through "adoption fatigue." I’m based in NYC. Outside of ThirtyTenZero, I’m usually birding or with my family, aiming to live with the same principle of 'rhythm over friction' that I install for my clients.”
